Decent purchase, some minor issues
I purchased an Alocasia Polly and a bag of Spezialerde für Aroiden. The plant arrived mostly intact, though one leaf had a small tear. The soil seemed to be good quality. Ordering was straightforward on their website. The tracking information wasn't updated very often, so I wasn't always sure where my package was, which was a little nerve-wracking for a live plant. When it did arrive, the packaging kept the plant secure, but the box was a bit squashed on one side. I haven't needed to contact customer service, so can't speak to that. Overall, I got what I paid for, but the delivery communication could be better. The plant is doing well now after a few weeks.
Good plant, delivery was slow
